Ipod Icelink Plus + CD Changer?

I kknow this has been debated before but I need a simple summary:

What is the best way to install Icelink plus in my car and still be able to keep my CD changer (BMW Aux input kit? maybe?), of course the objective is to be able to control both from the steering wheel and full oem integration if possible.

My car is a 2002 4.4i with DSP and the 16.9 screen (No NAV).

Thanks in advance.

Ghani

No chance. The icelink uses your ipopd as a cd changer. Now, in my case, I have the in dash single cd player and no changer in the trunk. I plug in my ipod AND I get to use my single disc player so I can play both cd's and the ipod. Thats the only way to go, unless there's some sort of custom setup with a switch to flip between ipos and cd changer.
Besides, whats the point of having a cd changer with the ipod? A cd changer will quickly go the way of the 8 track.

There is a set of wires with a rocket switch that a company sells that lests you switch between cd changer and the i-pod.
