Best place to get matching High beams?

I want to get the blueish High beam Bulbs to match my xneons lights, Just curious wheres the best place to buy them, and how much

I replaced mine with Sylvania Silverstars purchased at Pep Boys about 40 bucks for the pair.

I was not impressed.

On the other hand I changed out the foglights with Xenomatch from Hoen and was very pleased.

I think I am going to order the High Beams from them as well.

I would have liked to go with HID's but did not want to spend that much.
