|
window regulator
does the window regulator controls the up and down of the glass as well as locking the door? My window gives me trouble last weekend and now my wife forgot to roll down the window. I hope I don't have to buy two different parts: One for the lock and one for the window. ALX5

Unfortunately they are two different parts... But what problems are you having with each?

my door actuator died in the first 10k miles and for a while the dealership jerry-rigged it until the part came in b/c they were low on loaner cars, I was pissed that they did that and that I had to drive back to the dealer to get the part installed b/c it's 25 miles from my house.
