Smile Euro headlamps

Hello! I have a 2002 4.4i and when I have been in Europe, I see the clear side marker lights (where the turn signal is) instead of my clear and amber mix like the US cars. I see on ebay there are many imitation versions, bit is it possible to just replace the outer shell of the lens (like the forum on baking the light housing to remove the glue)? Anyone know of anything to get that euro look? Its hard to find things on this, so this is the place to go! has anyone found a good place to find the rear 4.6is and front 4.6is setup ? I saw the posting on how to do it..but cheapest kit I have found (before painting is 879.00)
Thanks!
Beau

I have xenon lights, so the ones I have seen on ebay dont have adaptability for that, and some have it where you have to cut the factory HID lights, and then others have some conversion..about $1200.00..so if anyone knows of just how to replace the amber portion and replace it with the clear, that would be great. Thanks so much! I have a 2002 X5 4.4i -Beau

not true, the ones on ebay, which is aka projectors53 has built in xenons with 6000L HID D2S System. It's extra and comes pre-installed and they are AUTOLEVEL. Around $500 for the package.

Hello- Anyone interested in my set of lights. They are in fantastic shape and nothing wrong with them. I am trying to do the upgrade and would love to sell these to do it. I put them on craigslist and ebay. I have a 2003 X5 with the sport package/clear amber headlamps and xenon. I would do a special x5 world pacakge...I will pay for 50% shipping..or 25% if its going internationally. check out the item number, email me at [email protected] or call 7208389510. i am in denver, and would love to make this work.
