Headlight Washers - Removal

I have a 2004, 4.4L X5. Has anyone removed the headlight washers on their X5? Since these are the ugliest and most useless things I have ever seen on a vehicle, I am considerering removing them. I equate these to putting a clown nose on a naked Pamela Anderson. Any replacement caps available to place over the holes that will be left?

I think they're awesome. You can take them off pretty easily though I don't know what will fill the space, maybe a new bumper.

They looked like giant warts to me, so I took them off... now I have 4 holes in my bumper!

Still looks better than the warts, but I need to find some way to cap them or fill them in. As soon as I find something I'll post it here.
