WOOHOOO FINALLY GOT MY 06 4.8IS ....

sorry for the long post but im exicted for the end result !!

i have to give a very big thank you to member acattaneo !! he went down and inspected the truck and gave me about 47 high res pics and a full detailed repot !! so thanks man !!

anyway the truck arrived on thurs and just like he said its in pristine con'd !! i mean it seems as if was never driven !! 2006 with 7k miles imola red !!

sorry i dont have any pics , cause the last couple of times i tried to post pics it said it was to big and since i havent gotta clue i just said i'll wait to post when shes done !!

so im not registering it till all the modds have been done !! for now here's whats on the list of todo's:

body shop ( just dropped her there this mornin )

paint front and hood grilles blk
paint and install all new badges painted in blk
tint tail lights and 3rrd taillight
powdercoat rims blk
powdercoat exhaust tips blk ( if removeable)
tint windows and windsheild strip
paint brake calipers to match body color
also powdercoat the running boards if remmovable ??
and finally a serious detail

then when i get her back its going to local indie for:

swapp of steering wheel with padel shifters from 4.6
swapp the dinan strut bar from 4.6
swapp the titanium trim from 4.6
switch side blinkers for tinted led's
install sport pedals
x pipe - resonator delete
blk out all the blue on the roundels
install intraxx lowering module
install 15mm rear spacer 10mm front spacer
install axis deluxe pads
v3 angel eyes
xexon match fog lights
xexon match high beams

then when thats all done she's goin to the stereo shop:

swapp remote starter
swapp hardwired radar detector
swapp custom stereo all speakers and aamps and subs

then off to habberstadt bmw for the dinan stuff

throttle body
cold air intake
eng and tranny software

and then when thats all done about 10g's later i'll take it to the dmv and get her all registered up !! at which point i'll have to pay $4500 in tax since i bought it out of state they did'nt charge me tax and stupid me took the loan for the exact price not including tax !!

so thats all for now i wanted to share my modds with you , im estimating about 6 weeks of work time ,since i still have the 4.6 its alot easier !! all the modds are in house as i've been ordering shite since the day i bought the new truck !!

if you have any other ideas im open, as im a moddaholic !!

amazingly true !! a guy i've never met before went out of his way to make sure i was getting what was promised !!

i even offered to buy him and his other dinner and he refused !!
