Question Battery drain/ another one!

I have a "little" problem with a battery drain.
AC control unit is running constantly(I can hear magnetic fan spin in the unit)
I have replaced FSR-- no results.

My "P" light doesnt go off, sometimes hazards come on with auto light on.

P has never gone out as far as i know. I don't think the car goes into sleep mode.

Has anybody had any experience with this kinda schet? I am going to take it to the dealer to see how many control units I have to replace. I just hope it is a small re-program. Somehow I doubt it but hope dies last.

Does anybody know good, smart techs in Minneapolis area. Please, don't suggest Sears Auto.
I dropped the car off: I am telling the guy I have to remove the fuse 48 or the battery drains. Here are the simptoms/ problems occuring along with the drain.
What do you know, the guy calls back and tells me the car goes to sleep no problems, everything is normal... OK fine so why does the battery gets drained??????? OH, we did didn't check for it, must be your old battery. (I told them earlier it was new) Now I need somebody who can actually listen and understand the main problem.
