4.6L winter wheel size question.
On the TireRack website, they have a package that includes 18x8.5 rims and 235/60-18 snow tires. Will these really fit on a 2003 4.6L X5? I wasn't sure if 18" rims would safely fit over the brakes etc.

yes, certain BMW 18" rims will fit over the 4.6is brake rotors. I have to assume that other 18" aftermarket rims will fit as well.

As usual UCrewX5 is right on the money. Yes 18" will fit.
BMW Canada officially recommends: X5 (4.6is & 4.8is) - Spider Spoke Wheels 99 18" with Pirelli Scorpion Ic & Snow winter tires See the post entitled "Winter Tire Recommendations - Official BMW Recommendations"
