Up-date:
I took the plugs out from the right-side cylinders and found everyone of then dipped in oil which I think the head gasket is OK. If it was faulty then the oil should be in one of the chamber not in others. It could possibly be Crank Case Breather Valve in the intake manifold causing the high oil pressure which has damage the oil separator therefore the oil is getting sucked into the chamber along with the air. Results cloud of smoke from exhaust.
Have ordered new Crank Case Breather Unit and also Oil Separator. Will wait till these parts arrive. For the fan, will have till I sort this smoke problem first.
In the meantime if you have any other suggestion, please let me know... Thanks again to everyone...
