Blowing hot air and blowing cold air

When I turn my front defrosters on I get really hot air blowing like i'm supposed to. When I turn on my normal heat (dash vents and/or florr vents) it blows cold air.

Can anyone help me with this.

Thanks,

Check the dial on the front vents and see if it has all blue dots. Roll it to show red dots for warmer coming from the vents.

^was going to say that..make sure the color of the dial on the front vents are red. it gets annoying sometimes though since you have to change the dials instead of the temp. i havent noticed if the vents blow hot or cold air during the defroster though

hmm make sure the dial works accurately...I had the same problem...changed dial from blue to red, but still cold air was coming through...

I ended up just pushing really hard on the dial and changed to red and thats when hot air started coming...It might not be ur problem but give it a shot ..

Good luck to ya
