Need a little Education on Rims

Can someone point me in the right direction or explain what you're talking about for rims styles like 177's, 215's, etc....

Where do you get them and who makes them?

They all look really awesome on your X5's!!! The snow flake pattern looks wicked!!!

After we get back from our trip to Germany this Xmas & New Year and recover from the expense of it (Ouch!), I'm thinking about some new rims and tires.
