Do you folks use the ski bag?

I think it works great. Easily holds three pairs of wide skis. Folds back up nice.
Very heavy duty. Impressed.

I wish I KNEW how to ski!

Upon arriving in Canada some 18 years ago I had complained to a friend about how 'depressing' winters here can be. This was the advice I received.

TWO things you need to do to enjoy Canadian winters:
1. Get a four-wheel-drive vehicle
2. Learn to ski.

Well I've managed to accomplish #1. I'm still trying to get the courage to tackle #2.

Well ive done both, but winter still sucks haha.

It is more enjoyable though, we go boarding a couple times a week normally

Get some friends that know how and get them to teach you.

Not always a good idea, better to head over to Blue and take a couple of lessons. Before you know it you will be skiing or boarding.

Yes, I used it last winter for two sets of ski's -- the snowboard fitted in the trunk. It worked really well. Was better than having to mess with my ski-rack each day.

We also have an 06 Expedition with a Thule box on top for when everyone goes, but if it is just me or one or two others I like driving the X and the bag really does work great.

WOW
I live in Colorado and ski almost every other weekend, but I have never used that bag. I forgot it even existed.
