Clicking noise from front wheels

Hey all, first time poster. Just got my 2003 4.4 in white with 20" is rims. It's very dope.

I'm getting this clicking noise from the front wheels when i turn full lock left or right. The odd thing is it only happens when I accelerate... Originally they thought it was because of the 20" rims but it does not click when i dont accelerate.

FYI, It doesnt make any noise or clicks any other time.

CV joints? Possibly.
Tyers rubbing? Doubt it because of above.

If anyone has any thoughts would be good to hear them.

Cheers,

Luc.
