Question How do you remove Comfort Seat Headrests????

Help, need to try and remove headrests on my comfort seats to install Sheepskin seat covers if not I am going to have to modify the seat covers to fit. Anyone ever tried this or have the BMW process sheet for it??

Any help would be much appreciated as long as I don't break the seats trying the untried. I am not a guinea pig at heart

1.Tilt backrest about half way back 2.get in the back seat 3.get a good hold of the head rest and pull/yank the headrest loose. GL

Just to make sure this is the same procedure as the regular seats and it won't screw up the electrical motor for the headrest??????
