Seat Upgrade/Compatabilty

I have a 2001 X5 3.0 and I would like to install comfort seats from either a 4.4 or a later year 3.0 car, but don't know if I will have compatability issues. Are these plug and play?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. i would hate to get these seats from a salvage yard, get them home and find out they will not fit into my car!

Should fit just fine...I dont think you'll have any issues.
