Now that's what BMW is all about...

Picture this... Rolling down the interstate 75mph, jazz sounding crystal clear coming out the Alpine, sunroof open loving every minute of my drive to class wishing it did not have to end. Man I just love days like this

nothing like my morning drive of shivering hoping the car heats up quicky, and kicking myself for not putting on winter tires yet.

It definitely was a great night last night in TX--until a T-storm blew through and rained on my car just after I washed and waxed it yesterday.

Those were some bad storms that blew through. Tornado sirens went off in Collin county around 11:30 pm.
Luckily, I get to park my X in the garage with the e46.

Just was cruising down the highway the other day. After about 5 min. on the highway and look down and I'm doing 90 in a 55. Didn't even feel like 90, gotta love BMW's.

Not to chage the subject, but it felt so good driving the X5 home from the airport Sunday night, right after driving my gf's Rav4 all weekend long. The X feels like a tank as compared to her Rav4. Even the doors felt like an armored truck. What a night and day difference.

Sorry, I'm still wiggin about the storms last night. Thunder woke the dead kind of storms.

Definitely a big difference from when I drove a 2000 Ford Explorer to the X. I actually prefer to drive when we go out places to shop or do family things as I enjoy this truck so much. I'm afraid I'm putting way too many miles on it but, I like driving it so much I can't help it!!!!!

Yup its a great feeling. Especially when its all cleaned up and waxed. Thats when I'm reminded why I deal with all the headaches of the X...

Yeah mine is garaged, too, but I was at my cousin's house--oh well.
