Chrome exhaust tips w/existing black tips?
http://www.xoutpost.com/x5-e53-forum/...t=exhaust+tips My X5 has a sport pkg., hence the black chrome tips. I really like the look of the quad tips, but want the bright chrome. Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated. Thanks! |

Bump. I have read every thread, some sort of unfinished, about yanking these off. Some say they are welded most say they are not. I bought a set of bright Chrome OEM ones on Ebay.
Was just hoping before I crawl around in the SNOW, someone might have done this recently or know. |

I hope this helps http://www.xoutpost.com/x5-e53-forum/...pipe-tips.html
I changed mine with the OEM chrome ones too. They aren't welded on, they are a very tight fit though.
