staggered wheels??

So im trying to find/buy some stock 19" style 132 wheels but having zereo luck, so i have seen in the aftermarket i can get replica 132's for pretty cheap but only in a 19x10 and NOT in 19x9 for the fronts.. So whats the deal can i use 19x10's of the front with the 255/50/19's or am i missing something other than look, is it a look thing or a mechanical function thing, i'm lost here.. .
