Post Facelift E53 X5 light upgrade

Recently bought an X5 for my wife - 2006/55 plate. The "main lights" appear to be really poor - Whilst I appreciate that there is no way they will compete with the lights on my own car (B5 Alpina with Bi-Xenon) they are so poor I want to upgrade them -I realise that there are a few posts on this but they all appear to be based upon DIY.

Whilst I am not totally incapable of doing this I would prefer someone else who is used to doing them to complete the work, rather than spending a cold winters day hunched up inside the engine bay! BMW Dealers will, of course, oblige with a huge fee, no doubt! - do any members have experience of a "good" non franchised company that may be able to assist. Vehicle is based in Leicestershire, but don't mind travelling an hour or so.
