Turn signal lights off

Hello everybody! I have a question! Is it possible to turn off that orange turn signal lamps somehow? I've transported my X5 4.8is from USA to Finland, so here I don't need that orange lights on! So, to say simple words I want my X5's lights system works like Euro's X5!

Hhmm .. you don't need turn signals at all or you just want them not orange as in white blinker color instead?

Probably best compromise is maybe to replace it with a white bulb.

Actually, I've changed it to white blinker! So I'm talking about that item when that blinkers are always light in front optic with DRL(angel's eyes) in second position of light module and then in 3rd position(xenon+AE) too! I wanna switch them off! So...

I believe you want to have euro headlights, and that is not possible, the only way you will have it if you replace both bi-xenon systems with clear euro headlights, i was thinking of doing the same thing but, listen
When you wanna show off your angel eyes they dont look cool, because all you have is just 4 rings, and to tell you the truth angel eyes look cool with the lightup yellow blinkers as well, otherwise in euro clearlights they are not as effective. thats just my opinion

I am not aware of how can the turn signal lights can be turned off but you could use an LED bulb which might not even be visible at that kind of voltage unless u use your turn signal...

sounds like a good idea. wonder if anybody tried it? i have another idea but it requires lots of work. first buy new bulbs and sockets then tap and connect wires from the back blinkers. left to left and right to right. then take the original bulbs n sockets out and leave them outside the light housings. preferbly in the engine bay. we can use them as engine bay lights. u may ask why don't u just cut the wires from the front blinkers and connect it to the back blinkers without having to buy new bulbs and sockets. the reason is that i don't know if the computer is gonna give out check lights warning if we cut the wires. last put the new bulbs and sockets in the light housings and you're done.
ps. i haven't tried it and it's just an idea of mine. proceed at your own risk

Arthur ... I'm still confused what you want. I believe you said that you replaced your turn signal bulbs with white lights - so they light and blink white now. Correct?

So that we don't misunderstand you, please confirm exactly what you want by referencing the pic below (click to enlarge pic). I realize you have the non-euro headlights:

What is currently orange or the item(s) you want to change color/turn off?
1) Turn Signal Lens
2) Turn Signal Bulb
3) Bi-Xenon Headlamp
4) DRL

Dear Friends, Mr. Jigaro is right! I' talking about that situation: when I have lights on, I have thouse yellow lights on as well on the very far side on the right and on the left, and I want them to not be on at all, and only come on and blink when I use a turn signal! Thats the only time I want them to blink!
Mr. TwinsPoppa - second one (turn signal bulb)!
