Replacing rear side window

After washing the car saw that there was more than one rock that had been flying through the air.. Vandals.

The whole left side was full of small dents and scrapes.. Also the bonnet, the rear and the roof.. The front window, the windows on the side as well as the sunroof was scratchd as well.. Even the rails on the roof...

I decided to put it on the insurance because of the scale of the damage.. I had the damages prized the other day, and with materials and labour it became, hold on to your hats, just above 10000us...!!!

Norway is a very expensive country..

All in all, pretty anoying. The only good thing is that there was enough damage to make it worth using the insurence... I will just pay t difference, if any, and get a new coat on the entire car..

I never took any pics of the damages.. It was mostly small dents with the paint chipped off. But it was all over the car and it doesnt take much before the whole side must be repainted.

And labour is very expensive here in Norway.

In comparesing, i paid about 45000 us for the car when i bought it in september last year.




And eah, my insurance will unfortunatly go up because of this.

I would however not been able to live with it.
