Would this fit into a 2002 X5 3.0i without navigation. would I be able to use this for my blue tooth setup?

No. This appears to be MOST based cars with Idrive based Navigation. Not for your model year.

You need a ULF not a TCU. None of the TCUs before 2004 works with the Bluetooth system.

No problem. You may be able to find an older ULF but I have found them too expensive on ebay. I think I will break down and purchase a kit with 13th generation from one of the aftermarket retailers.
