Coolant hose O-rings

Has anyone tried to replace JUST the o-rings in the coolant hoses? I have a leak (or two) now and a few in the past but the dealer only sells the hoses. I just need a new o-ring. Any thoughts on where/which ones will work?

My mech in another city just replaced the o ring around the sensor on the lower radiator hose, which my BMW Indy (Alpine Autowerks) here locally told me I had to replace the whole sensor plus the elbow that connects to the radiator. And on top of it my mech didn't even charge me a dime.

That's cool. I'll maybe try to take out the leaking ones and match them up if I can... Hopefully an auto parts store carries them!

did you put some grease on the o-ring before install? this helps the o-ring stay in place and not get smashed out of shape.
