Looking to cover interior trim

I've been looking to change out my wood trim for titanium for quite some time. Including the shifter and steering wheel trim, it's looking like $1000+ at retail price.

That's something I'd like to avoid. So I know there was at least one other person covered his trim with vynil. Would anyone have a recommendation on where to buy the vynil in a finish as close to OEM titanium as possible?

Also if anyone has a DIY reference for the actual covering process it would be very helpful! Thanks.
