anti-freeze leaking

Hi all, write this from blackberry so bore with me. My x5 is leaking anti-freeze from the 90degree plastic piece just under the fill cap, there's a short nipple with a x on it and that's where its leaking from. What is that and why is it leaking from there.thanks

I believe the part you are describing is the bleed screw. You may be able to tighten it down with a screw driver and stop the leak. Typically the bleed screw is used to release air from the system after work has been performed and the coolant replaced.

another leak of antifreeze,this morning,but i also topped off a few days ago,could it be i over filled and its getting rid of excess fluid?,it was just a small puddle and i don't see where it's coming from.
