2002 front trun signal bulb replacement

Can some 1 tell me how to get to the front turn signal bulb. Mine is 02MY. Did a quick look at the car but looks like it's not a simple straight forward way to get to the bulb. I did a serach & found info for 2004+ but not early model. Did I miss something. I dont like it's design if it required some multi steps just for a simple bulb change.

After looking the article, I guess it's for all year. Sigh, what a pain in the xxx just to change the bulb.

Really it is not as bad as it may seem but it should not take an hour to change bulbs. I placed a thin towel on the bumper below the headlight to protect it from scratches, got out a small ratchet, sockets, and an 8" extension and went to work. You do not need to remove the headlight, just pull it out enough to get to the socket. The only tricky part, as noted in the article, is 1) making sure you don't bust the tabs on the trim peice under the light, and 2) making sure you don't drop the lower two bolts when removing/reinstalling them. Just go slow and you'll be fine. If I ever have to do it again it would only take about 20 minutes. Are you replacing a stock bulb or going stealth?

Thanks for the info! At this point, I just need to make it work. I am on the road for months now so I can't get to my tools at the house. Well, I guess I have to do it next month when I get home. What a pain! It should be design so people can reach it from the back instead.
