electric steering height adjustment
hi im new to this forum purchased a 01 4.4 x5 and steering adjustment goes in and out not up an down. Can anyone help me fix this ?

my seat mem appears to work fine for adjsusting the seat but doesnt move steering at all - how can i check?

Bump.. Same problem.. Just stopped working today.

Noticed a strange noise coming from it couple of days ago, now it only moves about 10mm up or down.. Still works for reach though.
