Where can I buy just the painted "shell" part of exterior side mirror?

I kind of clipped a mailbox with just my side mirror and broke only the painted exterior "shell" part of my driver's-side rear-view mirror.

Where can I buy just the painted piece and how much will it run me?

Everything else is just fine, the wiring and mirror itself is in perfect condition, I just need the cover.
