Unhappy Might be selling my baby. Many possible parts for sale, but not yet.

Greetings fellow X5 members,
My ride is starting to fall apart at 120xxx.. and the repairs are getting harder and more expensive..

My father and I have no set a definitive date on when she'll go but i'm thinking about parting out some of the goodies.

Here is a small list of possible items that will be for sale in the next couple months.

-Replica 177s, with 315/35 toyos on the back 10xxx miles or so on them.
-Alumin running boards(would need originals)
-4.6 kit, from and back, painted oxford metallic green
-Alcantara steering wheel with sport airbag
-Alcantara shift boot and ebrake from leatherz.com
-Dog net
-Remus exhaust, would need orig to trade out
-"X5" carpeted rear mat
-Dinan front strut bar, couple little marks.
I dunno, lots of other stuff its too sad listing them

The wheels I can let go pretty soon.
everything else, plan on a couple months.

Anyone in the Minneapolis area can pick them up.

Pete.

Might as well save that Dinan strut bar for richirich!

Also, how are you gonna sell the 4.6 kit? What are you gonna do about the leftover holes in the lower bumper trim? You still have the original lower front bumper?

I meant the rear. I assume you have the rear flares with the lower bumper supports that attach to the lower part of the bumper trim. You usually have to cut slots to install them.

That means recycling your old parts by having others use them. The movie Seve Pounds is about a man who donates his body parts to others for transplant.
