THIS IS NOT MY RIDE
BUT lets just say I did drive like this on a daily basis and had about 104k miles on the X...What type of service should I get done?

Shes running fine and as powerful as I day I took her off the Park Ave BMW lot....Im just thinking maybe a little "extra" maintenance will have her running the same for another 100K miles

YOUR THOUGHTS....

BMWs are serviced on a 30k mile interval typically (30, 60, 90, etc)

AT 100K, swap out the spark plugs. Other than that, I would check
the CV joints
the valve cover gasket
tires
brakes
coolant
brake fluid
power steering fluid
water pump
belts

no such thing as a tune up anymore, unless you want to replace all your coils and ignition wiring harness. seriously, just replace the plugs and o2 sensors at 100k and do a good fluid flush on everything except the trans.

@killcrap and Werewolf, that is good to know. I just hit 100k (well, 99.8k right now) and the oil light came on, so I was going to go to my indy guy and get the 100k (or is it 105k?) service done. He goes by the BMW service guides, so it was going to end up being a lot of stuff that I wasn't sure needed to be done. I was heading here to check around/ask what was really necessary at that many miles and it seems like the spark plugs (with the possibility of the o2 sensor, I will have to check my service log as I think they were done recently) are the key thing here. I believe my water pump/entire cooling system was replaced at around 65k miles with the previous owner.

For what it's worth, if you do your own car repair / have tools / time, the plugs are easy to do.

BMWs have a OBDII computer which you can read fault codes from (CEL codes). You can have the mechanic pull the codes and the codes should tell you if the 02 sensors are failing. Pre-cat o2 sensors are more important to replace than post-cat. That said, the sensors tend to fail around the same time.

The water pump is one of those key repairs / maintanence items. Make sure the replacement water pump was the redesign (i.e. no plastic impeller). If the 1st owner changed out the coolant system, it sounds like he was on top of the problem so you're likely good for another 30k miles or so minimum

The thing I forgot to mention is the ATF and diff / transfer case fluids. None of these are 'lifetime' fluids so change them out if it has not been done.

GL and let us know what happens

AT 100K, swap out the spark plugs. Other than that, I would check
the CV joints - Both Done
the valve cover gasket - This has also been checked; my last oilchange the dealer told me one side of the gasket is leaking but the mechanic spilled oil on the valve cover and seeped down to look like th gasket was leaking....
tires - Just got em - I love Michelon MXV4 (too bad they dont make them anymore)
brakes - My steering wheel is actually shaking left and right when I brake at high speeds.....WHY? (Rotors?)
coolant - Just had to add about 1/2 a quart today b.c every now and then I have to add..WHY?
brake fluid - Never been touched..Been told to leave this and traNNY FLUID ALONE.
power steering fluid - NEVER TOUCHED
water pump - REPLACED @ 45K MILES
belts - nEVER BEEN TOUCHED

Anyone Else?

With the list you provided, I would do the plugs and belts. I would also change all the fluids like someone already said (brake fluid, power steering fluid, coolant and so on). Trans and such are up to you. I would also look at the fuel filter.

If you are adding coolant, then you have a leak. Look around the engine bay for coolant or white coolant residue. Start with the expansion tank and hose ends. If you don't see anything, it may be the water pump or valley pan gaskets. You may have to get it pressure tested to be sure.

The vibration could be the rotors or pads. You may want to change them out depending on when the last time you had it done was. You could also check the thrust rod bushings.
