Seems pretty self explanatory to me. Clips, rubber bumpers to keep it from rubbing against the paint, and that's about it.
If you're still having trouble I could take some pictures of mine that might help you out with placement of the parts. Just make sure you use the little pads between the clips and paint on the front edge of your hood (above the headlights).

Thanks but I found the directions on another site. The directions actually explain how to use the primer and alcohol pads and exactly where to place the rubber stops.
