U-Haul anything is a great way to f*ck up your car. Its not designed to work with your suspension, frame, exhaust or safety systems.
Don't Do It. Go OEM.

Interesting factoid. We went to a M-B event today and drove an ML 550.
"You know what we've been having people do, go on down to the U-Haul and they've got some great products..."
Given that it was a MB dealer, and the F&I guy who thought macadamia was savannah, I would use this as reassurance that you should not go the U-Haul route.

My last dealing with Uhaul was a huge disaster and I can't recommend them to anyone for any reason. You would be foolish to let that company anywhere near your X. Or "ex" as it soon will be. I could go on...

Unless your planning to tow a light load or use it for for a bike rack go oem.

Ok... it's unanimous, no uhaul.

Anyone know a good website to get an OEM hitch or do I need to go to the stealer or check ebay??
