I just got a set of 19" rims and I need help

need your help guys in getting the a good set of tires:
Here are my options:

Yokohama ADVAN S.T.
Kumho ECSTA STX
Pirelli Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico (Back order) I will need to wait.

All of them are from tirerack and they have similar prices.
Any comments, problems with any of them?

I live in Bay Area, no snow, maybe a few times a year when I go to Tahoe.
