2001 Front bumper respray

Looking to repaint my front bumper, it has 150k miles on it and looks like a fat kit with pimples.

I need your guys' help, I have what would be considered the "aero kit" I guess and 2 of the front clip in pieces have fallen out as well. For reference, check out this link and you will see what I am talking about (in the pictures, 2 of his have fallen off as well). I have the same front bumper without the bro-bar on the front.





Can anyone source for me where to get those pieces? Better yet if they aren't available, a new front bumper?
