Yeah, seriously. What makes it even worse is that the one for the 4.8is looks like a sculpture.

Yes, yes it does. Oh man, I am glad they don't have an online store, otherwise I would be entering my credit card number right about now!!

XX

THX for the replies and hello to down under!

Yes, cleaning the rims is hard work but itīs worth the looks of the people staring at them when they are glancing

What is the meaning of the model type..... X5 is series...having nothing is a 90% MOD...XX is unique.... and even better than XXX (triple X would make Vin Diesel get nasty on me) harhar
I think it looks nice.... doensīt it?

Oliver, you've done it properly and it looks like it belongs,...................but I reckon (and this is just me) renaming your X5 to an XX is a no no. Kind of looks strange and would take me a long while to get used to it. JMO.

smile

taste is something which no one can rely on....

I got this sticker from my mechanic as an birthday present.... (also the little dot on the number plate (A-XX 5 4.4)....

Think it fits.... just try to ignore it if it bothers you

Just one remark.... last year we had football european championship and driving the quarter and half final winning corsos I got in touch with two very very pretty darlings asking me exactly about the XX... so from my point of view, it already worked out

I will not point our more....

Yeah, you are right. Beauty or in this case taste is in the eye of the beholder. Hey, if you like it and you do, then that's what matters. And no, it doesn't bother me.

The mods that come thick and fast are one of the great things about being on this forum, apart from a lot of other usefull tips, info etc. Some we like, others we don't and then there are some that sit somewhere in the middle.

How boring would it be if we all had exactly the same vehicles just as the manufacturer supplied them? I don't think you'd find two vehicles the same from the members here and if you did they would eventually have at some point subtle differences.

Good to see your XX has paid off already, I'm imagining all sorts of stuff.

XX huh? Is that like softcore porn? A little full frontal, but no up close penetration shots? Or does the Winnie the Pooh kick mat keep it from getting a full XXX rating?

Actually, you're in Germany....XX in Germany is probably the equivalent to XXX here in the states. So I would imagine XXX to you is probably like full on Scat/Smut.....

regardless, nice wheels!
