Not sure if you'll get the product in Lebanon but you might be able to order it online. Eagle One A2Z Wheel Cleaner. VERY STRONG stuff and follow the directions. Do not let it dry on the surface.

....And don't use any wheel cleaner on a wheel until it has completely cooled down from driving.

wax with the rest of the car to facilitate future cleaning
