i might have read your post wrong, but it doesn't make sense. "it is not blowing out cold air, does no matter what temp. its still cold" are you trying to test if a/c is working and the weather is still cold? well, anyway. TRY TO ADJUST THE DIAL between the front vents. BLUE to get COLD AIR, RED to get HOT AIR.

an update, I tried adjusting the vents, no different and then realised its pumping out hot air into the footwells when that mode was selected. Upon playing i noticed the vent adjusting wheel is getting stuck so im guessing that the mechanism is jammed on cold.
Looks like i need to strip it out and investigate! |
