intake manifold runner valve?????

i'm tearing things down to replace the ccv on my 2004 x5 3.0 and i'm doing it with out removing the intake. as i remove what must be the intake manifold runner valve i see the plastic nipple that holds the butterfly is melted/broken and the butterfly is not centered. has anyone bought one . anyone have a cost on this thing. a picture or link so i can be sure that that's what i'm dealing with.thanks

I am looking for one too. The orange color rubber again the buterfly is wear out. Do you notice your car drive different with the iddle fluctuate? my does..Please post your thread if you have same symtom.

If you have no luck here, try some 3 series boards since it shares the same motor.

it's about 225.00 at bmw. 10 minute job and it does make a difference in drivability.

googled to death. its no help. This was replaced on my truck and I'm having a hard time trying too figure out what the heck it is cause if its the plastic ribbed thing going into the right side of the 3.0 engine then it wasnt replaced, it was simply wiped off. And that'll be a BIG problem.
