I tlooks like it was kind of like a pin striping job on the out rim to create that time attack look. I just recently painted my wheels black myself! would love to give the time attack stripe a try but i don't have steady hands...

Maybe I misunderstood and the wheels were not machined at all for the outer silver finish, just masked up and painted?
