diming light situation

I brought the car from the shop , when I had it since I crash it to the pole 1 month ago...they replaced few things here and there, SRS module was down, so dealer installed new one and reset it all system. when i picked my baby up from the shop I noticed that the dimming light inside the car lights up only a little that is still reddish color, even when I open the door is same thing. When I press the switch on the light to turn it ON it turns in full streinght, but only on the ceiling, but not in the front by the mirror. map lights are working fine. \
doeas any body have any idea what's the problem...? thank you in advance
