Did anyone disassemble headlight of X5 2003?
I have X5 2003 but headlight is 11/02 I put it to the oven on 250 F but it didn't help.How can I do it? If someone did or know how to do it please help or give link where I can read/see... Thanks in advance |

sorry, I didn't see where you said you baked it. This is the headlight that will not open then. only early 2002 production will do that.

I wouldn't mess with it.
2003 have a different type of glue. Heat will do nothing to it . |

Albert,
Unfortunately you are outside of the recommended 'Baking Open Date' by 1 month. Pre facelift headlight casings can be baked open up to and including October 2002. Bad luck my man.

Another headlight production date is 10/02.
Does it mean that it will be opened easyly? |

That is correct. With that date stamp you can open them by baking or as others have done recently try a heat torch/gun. GL
