This guy says these are OEM with clear indicators but the picture doesnt suggest that at all..Anybody have any inside information on this? The wrong picture perhaps?

Actually, for US models, those are considered the clears, even though they have the amber section. The Euro clears are all clear. These are what come stock on the SP '04+ models. So, yes, they look OEM to me - U.S. OEM.
