Well I believe there are 4 sunroof drains, so it could be the one in the back.

Quick update.... water comes in to thru the external window seal... leaks into the car thru the bottom of the door trim panel.

Then it is your vapor barriers. They are held in place with a non hardening sealer that can come loose over the years. I'd buy a pair of them for the rear doors and clean the door down to the metal, then glue the bottom part to about 3-4 inches up the sides with windshield urethane. Using the roll-o-tar stuff that is originally equipped for the rest.

And you likely need to remove the rear seat and door sill trims to be able to get under the carpet and fully dry it. The molded foam under the carpet holds moisture like a chamois sponge. You can think you got it 100% dry from the top and it will still have loads of water underneath it that will mold and smell horrible.

vapor barriers - do you mean #3 from here? Or is is something can be seen after taking removing the door trim panels?

No, it would be #1 here. It is the grey foam panel that closes off the inside of the door that you see when you pull the door panel off. What usually happens is when someone who doesn't know better changes a window regulator they don't properly seal it back on. That barrier is more important than people think
