2001 X5 4.4i climate control blower problem

Can anyone help please

Here are the diagnostics:
1. Fan blower occationally runs when engine is in ignition, but shuts off when engine starts.
2. If air condition turns on, I can feel the cold air at the outlet, but blower does not work. AC compressor works.
3. Checked fuses including main blower, air condition, on board control, etc. No blown fuse was found.
4. The climate control computer display works fine, all ventilation

indicators work fine, but just no blower

Thanks
