remote key....not working...again....need help!

OK....so I've read it all and I've tried it all.

This is a new key that I bought last summer.

Here is the deal.

About a month ago, my key started to remotely work (only) intermitently.

Then I tried the reprogram/initialize procedure... that i'm sure we have all tried in this instance...

I did that and the key worded like a charm for three weeks....now...

over the past week....it started to be intermitent again and then stopped completely yesterday... friggin thing was bothering me so I worked on it last night reading all the threads on central locking system and remote control...i tried it all less disconnecting the neg. on the battery for 30 minutes...etc. etc...

I woke up this am at 6am.....went out....tried the reprogram/initialize sequence and it works.... but ONLY intermitent....

guys/gals...what the heck is going on here.....could it be the receiving end?? if so what/where...general module..I hope not 675.00 for a new one....if the module was bad it would not work at all....where the heck in the receiver for this transmitter..could that be it...


Please.....any suggestions would help....I have described exactly what is going on..... and I've tried it all, i am looking for some new answers??

anyone.....X5Meister/Twins/MRBMWX5/Weasel???? any of you gents have any ideas??
