Angry My baby is being mean to me...

So last weekend my DSC/ABS lights come on while I'm driving, no big deal... I just pull her in the shop after work and read the faults. Got fault stored for right rear wheel speed sensor. So I swapped the rear abs sensors from left to right (same sensors) and cleared the faults to see if it stayed at that wheel or moved with the sensor. A few days later the light came on again, checked it.... the fault stayed put and didn't follow the sensor. I'm thinking this isn't a good sign!

So today I'm driving around with my mother in the truck, going to eat lunch and stuff... the DSC/ABS lights come on again, then she goes into trans failsafe with a slam so hard I thought I got rear ended, while driving at 40 mph! So I pull into my stall at the dealer (only a couple miles away, and this is my Saturday off) read the faults, still has the right rear wheel speed sensor fault (intermittent fault) and to boot now has a currently present fault for the right front wheel speed sensor! I check to see if it's reading through diagnostic requests... it isn't. I swap the front sensors left to right just as I did the backs (yet again same sensors) and the fault stayed at that wheel again (not reading r/f wheel speed at all). And the fault in the transmission module that caused the failsafe operation was loss of vehicle speed through wheel speed.

At this point I have confirmed it to myself that the DSC module is going out and needs to be replaced... The question now is whether or not BMW will help me out with a goodwill situation as they are really hesitant to do that sort of thing for employees for some reason... But I am hopeful because I do meet all requirements for it. I guess I will be talking to my managers and field reps on Monday with my fingers crossed! If they don't help me out this might cost me a bit.
