E53 OEM Hitch available from Bloomfield BMW for awesome price

Hey fellas,

Craig Hacker over at BMW of Bloomfield has several of the OEM E53 hitch back in stock. I bought one from him as well as numerous other parts including pads and rotors for unbeatable prices (I've shopped around quite a bit). If you ever need OEM BMW parts, you can contact Craig (parts director). Here is a link to the E53 hitch he has listed on eBay. You can call him up to buy direct and he can pass on the saved eBay fees to you. And also he's very very knowledgeable and gives quick replies. I am actually going to buy the folding mirrors retrofit from him after I found the part numbers on this forum.

The E53 OEM hitch kit that Craig sells over at BMW Bloomfield includes every thing including the wires. You can email him here at [email protected]. I am pretty sure if you can call him up or email him, his price to you is less than what is being listed on eBay. Here is his direct number: 973-748-8200 and ask for Craig Hacker. He'll take care of you. Really cool and down to earth parts guy.

Has the price gone up on this now that it's being sourced elsewhere? The quote I got last year for the same part, using only my BMWCCA discount, was $444. That $595 seems a lot higher......

$595 isn't awesome I agree but if the price went up and that is the going price than so be it. I believe it's factored in with all the eBay fees. I got mine for less a year ago from BMW of Bloomfield so I don't doubt if the price went up since I heard that the original manufacturer got bought out so BMW might have sourced another mfr. It's been a year wait for most owners and it might probably be the last run. Anyhow, anyone who is interested should just give Craig a call.

Yeah, but for US spec. Doesn't Australia use EURO spec hitches, trailers?

FYI the hitches are finally shipping in the US. Most dealers can get them in a day or two. My dealer in Tampa found 11 in his parts depot. Every BMW dealer should sell the kit for $495. Don't pay anymore then that... the dealer on eBAY is screwing people out of $100 because the hitches had been on backorder for like 10 months...

Found this from Tischer BMW..getBMWparts.com powered by Tischer BMW - Your #1 Source for all OEM BMW Parts/Accessories!

P/N 71600009711 MSRP $495.00 Tischer BMW price $396.00 plus shipping. After I pay off my medical bills from my emergency room visit earlier this week, I'm going for this hitch.
