Intrument cluster...

I just opened my instrument cluster on my 01 and I can't seem to get enough room to be able to spray the connector at the bottom side...

I am afraid if I pull any harder on it I might brake it...

Any other tricks??

Yes I have used the DIY on the site...

Just an Idea

This guy Rudi is in the Uk BMW E38 E39 X5 Range Rover Instr. Cluster Pixel Repair on eBay, also, Vehicle Repair Servicing, Car Vehicle, Local Services (end time 19-May-09 21:58:07 BST) I use him for all my repairs e39, e46, e53 with a fast turn around. I know it will take a while Postage etc to US but if it helps it is worth it. I think he is the cheapest and the most reliable in the uk and have had no problems at all . I know ad says no overseas but e-mail him and see what he can do for you. Good luck

Yea I used a straw and I managed to get in a bit...but I would guess I am not spraying the right thing...

On top of that my Speedometer needle is lagging.. along with the temp needle who is not going all the way to the middle unless I bang on the dash board Seems I have outdone myself on this one...pfff

Simon thanks for the link, but I believe it is the same DIY write-up as here.
