Titanium Silver trim

Hey guys, I was looking through modweekend's website and came across this X5's interior. Is this the titanium silver trim I keep reading about? Its gorgeous and now I am very interested. Was looking to buy the graphite trim, but may need to hold off for this now. Does anyone have more info (part #s and prices) and anymore pics of their own?

That's it.......

Isn't it beautiful..................
There are some people that sell this regularly on eBay, but it is kind of expensive.....it is OEM though - straight from Germany..........would be cheaper to go to the dealer. I think the last time I looked on eBay there was a range from $750-940 on the 9 piece kit...............
I think it is cheaper from the dealer, but I don't have the part #...........
Let me know what you find out......

Graphite = Darker and Silver = Lighter??? Is that correct??? Because sometimes when i look at pics of graphite and silver interior trim, i think i'm color blind or something, cuz they both look the same color to me.

I'd recommend checking ebay on a regular basis. My X5 has the light poplar finish which I'm not too keen on. By chance, I saw a silver trim kit for sale on ebay and managed to 'steal' it from the guy for 87 pounds ($155 roughly). If I were to buy the kit from the dealer here it costs 485 pounds ($870), plus they wanted 200 pounds to fit it!! I can get you the part numbers if required?

Correct.

Perfect example.
Pre 10/03 X5s came with silver (titanium) door latches and grabs handle covers.
10/03 on now comes with graphite door latches and grab handle covers.

great info tripleX5, and thanks for the part numbers. thats funny you mention the door latches and grab handles, because i was checking the ones out in my car (05) and figured them to be graphite. so that means if i choose to go titanium trim, i will need to replace those as well.

I should have the trim this week. Rob_ may have the part numbers, or I can provide them when I get back in town.
