HID or NOT

I want to get 8000k bulbs from bimmian for my 2004 x5 but i don't know if i have HID, i changed my angels to a white color and make my projector light look yellow so im not sure whether its HID or not. How can i tell whether my lights are HID or not.

When you drive at night, are your headlights like a blue color or just yellow?

Try to stay away from 8000K, I would recommend 6000K at the most.

I agree.. Poorer light from 8k, plus IMO 6k looks just right.

oyyy. 8000k lights.... Do you like seeing at night? Please do not do that to your BMW. You know its not a riced out Honda right?

Also, if you have a projector, its HID in a BMW. Halogen BMW lights have reflectors (you'll either have 2 reflectors or 1 reflector / 1 projector)
